Counselling is the opportunity for you to openly talk about your worries, thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential environment allowing you to gain your own understanding of your process.
My therapeutic approach is Person-Centred, which is non-directive and led by the client, exploring own thoughts, emotions and behaviours with no judgement ending with you gaining more effective coping strategies and a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach will not be to advise, but to encourage you to talk and explore at depth.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and I am a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work from a Person-Centred approach and truly believe you are the expert in your own life but sometimes we lose the way and need someone to walk with us on our journey to explore. This is why I treat everyone as an individual and offer counselling sessions as open ended and offer regular reviews to ensure therapeutic work is still occurring.
All sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times and last for 50 minutes. Prices start from £45 per session.
I offer face to face (in person sessions) and online via the zoom platform.
I work with adults, Couples and Children.
